Meet Hilary

A business strategist and social entrepreneur, Hilary's journey has never been a straight line. After earning a BA in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara, where she also served as a teaching assistant in the accounting department, she was recruited to Deloitte & Touche. There, she earned her CPA license and specialized in International Trade and Non-Profit clients.

She left behind a stable corporate path and chose something far more courageous. She earned an MA in International Relations from San Francisco State University and joined the Peace Corps, serving for three years in Guatemala, where she worked alongside local communities to build schools, bridges, and community centers. When she returned to the United States, she continued to build. At the International Folk Art Market, she designed a hands-on education initiative that empowered global artisans to scale their businesses while staying rooted in cultural tradition.

Her work eventually took her to Laos, where she served as Head of Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Partnerships for Ock Pop Tok, a woman-owned artisan business with multiple ventures, including retail stores, a boutique hotel, restaurants, and a teaching facility. Hilary refined business practices and helped more than 400 rural artisans strengthen their storytelling, increase their income, and build intergenerational economic stability.

When she returned home to Santa Fe, she co-founded The Kitchen Table, an incubator that has since become a vital hub for over 40 food entrepreneurs, which was recognized as Business of the Year by the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce.

Hilary blends financial expertise with a global perspective, helping organizations grow with clarity, purpose, and measurable results. Recognized as a Woman of Influence by Albuquerque Business First, she continues to serve her community as Treasurer of the board of the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce and American Marketing Association NM Chapter. Fluent in Spanish and a lifelong learner, Hilary believes every business has the power to create lasting impact, and she’s dedicated to helping them realize it.
